New website design

On Saturday 16 June 2007, we released a new design for our official website.

No content has been removed from the site in making this change, although some of it has been moved around. The new menu structure should help you find it easily enough. As you navigate your way round the new site, you will find some new features too.

All material relating to last season and every season before that appears in "Pride in our past", a microsite that you fill find by clicking to the History area. The current season's details appear in the main body of the site.

The redesign is not simply cosmetic, although much attention has been paid to bringing a more modern, fresher, clearer presentation. The main work is behind the scenes, for the site is now driven by a database. This does not mean much to a visitor: it means a great deal to the webmaster and those who produce material for the site. News, match reports, scores and so on will now be input directly by their authors, which means a faster, up to the minute site. It also means we can add many more new features, making this the best non-league football community you can find.
